ASTC, jointly with B.M. Birla Science Centre, organized the National Science Day Celebrations & ASTC-Annual Convention, where the Hon'ble Governor of Telangana was the Chief Guest. Lifetime Achievement Awards and ASTC Excellence Awards in Science and Technology were presented.

ASTC - National Science Day Celebrations were jointly organized with B. M. Birla Science Centre, Hyderabad, on 29th February 2020. The ASTC-National Science Day Lecture was delivered by Prof. P. Appa Rao, Vice- Chancellor, University of Hyderabad, on "Living together of microbes and plants," at Bhaskara Auditorium, BMBSC, Hyderabad.

National Science Day
ASTC - Coinciding with the International Year of Physics, conducted the National Science Day Celebrations, in association with Atomic Energy Central Schools, Hyderabad, at the Auditorium, Nuclear Fuel Complex, Hyderabad. The best science papers selected for national and international levels were presented by children from AEC Schools on 28th February 2005. Sri. S. M. Rao, Dy. Chief Executive, Nuclear Fuel Complex, Hyderabad, presided over the function.
