Fellowship

"To mark the completion of two decades of its sustained journey, the Academy has decided to confer the ’’ASTC - Honorary Fellowship’’ annually to professors, scientists, technologists, industrialists and doctors from diverse fields who have made significant contributions to R&D and are aged over 58 years as of January 1, 2024” There will be no age restriction for recipients of awards or recognition at the state or national level. A maximum of thirty Fellows will be admitted each year without regional disparity, ensuring equal representation of women. Nominations received will be scrutinized and the Executive Council/Scientific Advisory Council will make the final decision on the conferment of Honorary Fellowships. This initiative aims to promote the interests of ASTC, significantly enhancing academic strength, fostering academia-industry linkages and promoting interactions within the scientific community through increased participation in seminars, panel discussions, lectures, etc.
